| 摘 要： | 随着篮球赛制的重大改革,裁判队伍急需高质量的后备梯队。本文从教育学、生理学的的基本原理出发,根据体育院系篮球专修班裁判教学实践,将篮球裁判学习过程中所需的各种要素排列组合,建立了系统训练篮球二级裁判员程序的模式,为培养篮球高级裁判员的后备梯队寻找一条最佳途径。 |

| Abstract: | As the system of basketball comptition has been reformed , a large reserve of high level basketball referees is required. On the basis of the fundamentals of physiology and education, this paper explores the varied factors which influence one to become a high level basketball referee. With the experience in teaching and training P. E. students specialized in basketball to be qualified , the authors systematize all the factors and create a model of the effective training procedure. The purpose of this research is to seek the optimization for training reserves of high level basketball referees. |
