地方工科院校贫困生资助体系的现状、问题及对策--以广东工业大学为例

随着大规模扩招和缴费上学制度的推行,地方工科院校贫困生的数量呈不断上升的趋势。目前,全国地方工科院校已逐步建立起以“奖、贷、勤、补、助、减”为主体的多元化的资助体系,但仍不能解决问题。以广东工业大学为例进行具体分析,地方工科院校贫困生资助体系确实还存在不少问题,必须积极探索创新性的工作对策。

Situation and problems of Subsidizing System of Poverty-stricken Students in Local Technological Universities

With a large-scale expansion of undergraduate enrollment and implementation of tuition system,The number of poverty-stricken students in Local Technological Universities is on the rise.Though,in recent years,in Local Technological Universities all over the country,many measures have been taken to help poverty-stricken students,such as scholarship,student loans,part-time jobs,financial difficulties allowance,and reduction and exemption of tuition,still,the problem can not be solved.The thesis attempts to analyze the basic situation of poverty-stricken students in local technological colleges and universities,elaborate poor health financing system on our colleges and universities,analyze the problems of poor health financing system,combine the status of my actual work,actively explore innovative ideas for work.
