乳状液膜法提取钪的研究

摘    要:本文研究了间歇法乳状液膜提钪时多因素的影响,确定了较优的膜相配方和适宜的操作条件.研究了钪在液膜中的传递行为,建立了Ⅱ型促进迁移的反应──扩散模型,考虑了外相边界层、膜相阴力、界面化学反应和膜破裂,并用钪液体系得到了定性验证.

Abstract:his paper has studied the effects which affect the batch extraction of Scandium with ELM. The prefered membrane system and the appropriate conditions have been determined.The paper has also studied the transfer process of Scandium through ELM, and established a reaction difussion model for type 2 facilitated transport, which has taken into account the aqueous diffusion, membrane diffusion and interfacial chemical reaction, as well as the ELM breakage.The derived equaition can qualitatively fit the experiment data on the extraction of Scandium.
