| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨蒙药五味清浊散与辛伐他汀合用治疗高脂血症患者的疗效.方法:随机、单盲对照方法对80例高脂血症患者临床观察,其中治疗组40例(蒙药五味清浊散3g,日三次+辛伐他汀片30mg,日一次),对照组40例(辛伐他汀30mg,日一次),疗程8周.结果:治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)治疗后比治疗前明显降低(P＜0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高(P＜0.01);对照组TC、TG、LDL-C亦明显降低(P＜0.01),HDL-L升高(P＜0.05);两组TC、TG、LDL-C降低幅度比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论:该两种合用药治疗降脂作用显著.为蒙西药结合治疗高脂血症提供依据.
