| 摘 要： | 近代广西司法制度几乎与全国同步地产生和发展于清末民初，但旧桂系时期广西司法制度的执行却明显滞后于全国其它地区。这是因为，作为上层建筑重要组成部分的司法制度，它的招待毕竟要受到各种社会因素的制约：行政权，军权对司法权的干预，乡规民约的取代作用，社会经济的制约，司法人员素质和职业道德的影响。 |

| Abstract: | The modern judicial system in Guangxi came into being and developed in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,but the execution of judicial system in Guangxi was behind that of the other provinces. This is because the execution of judicial system, which was one of the important part of superstructure, was after all restricted by various kinds of social factors,Such as the intervention of administrative powers and military powers to judicial powers,the substitutive function of non-governmental regulations,the restriction of social economy,the influence of the judicial officers' quality and professional morality. |
