| 摘 要： | 从全国大学英语四、六级统一考试(CET)的特点、题型、考试的弊端和实施过程中的潜在问题出发,对CET的积极作用以及CET的改革等五个方面进行较为系统的阐述,并提出了具体的建议.根据大学英语教学大纲的要求,教学结束时应按要求组织考试.考试的形式可以是学校自行命题考试,试题库测试或全国统一考试.其中全国大学英语四·六级统一考试(CET)是建国以来我国高等教育课程建设与评估中前所未有的.本文从CET的特点、题型、考试的弊端和实施过程中的潜在问题出发,对CET的积极作用以及CET的改革等五个方面进行了较为系统的阐述,并提出了具体的改进策略.

| Abstract: | This article makes a systematic exposition of CET in five aspects: the characteristics of CET, the types of test questions in CET, the defects of CET found in practice, the reform measures in CET and the positive effects of CET upon various aspects,which may prove the necessity of going on carrying out CET and the feasibility of operating it better in the future. |
