摘    要:研究了La2O3和Dy2O3掺杂对Ba0.68Sr0.32 TiO3陶瓷结构与性能的影响,考察了该系统介电温度特性和绝缘电阻率,观察了样品的显微结构,讨论了La2O3和Dy2O3掺杂改变Ba0.68Sr0.32TiO3陶瓷介电温度特性作用.结果表明:La2O3掺杂比Dy2O3掺杂在改变Ba0.68Sr0.32 TiO3陶瓷介电温谱特性曲线上具有更为显著的展峰作用;随着La2O3和Dy2O3掺杂量的增加,样品的绝缘电阻率呈现先减小后增大的趋势.

Abstract:Effects of La2O3 and Dy2O3 on structure and properties of Ba0.68Sr0.32TiO3 ceramic were studied in this paper.Dielectric temperature dependence and insulation resistance of the modified systems were measured.Microstructure of the sintered samples was observed,the role of La2O3 and Dy2O3 on changing dielectric temperature dependence of Ba0.68Sr0.32TiO3 ceramic is discussed.The results show that La2O3-doping has more considerable effect on shifting and depressing Curie peak of Ba0.68Sr0.32TiO3 ceramic than Dy...
