| Abstract: | In this paper,the primary mission of application-oriented regular university education and basic characteristic of its qualified personnel were analysed,and the implication and gradation of personnel training model were represented.Based on them,the key factors of personnel training model of application-oriented regular university were constructed and researched.In addition,the protective condition of implementation of this model was analysed and discussed. |
