以临床问题为中心教学法在中专生物化学教学中的应用

目的探讨以“以临床问题为中心”的教学法在中专卫校生物化学教学中的应用效果。方法从2007级中专护理专业学生中随机抽取二个大班分成实验班和对照班。实验班采用以临床问题为中心教学法进行授课。对照班采用传统教学法进行教学。学习结束时对两班学生进行理论考试和问卷调查。结果实验班考试成绩明显优于对照班（P〈0．01）。结论以临床问题为中心教学法能提高学生学习的积极性与主动性，能提高学生分析临床问题、解决临床问题的能力，有利于学生综合索质的提高。

Application of the clinical problem-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching of secondary school

Objective：To evaluate the application effect of the clinical problem-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching of secondary school.Methods： Two large classes were randomly selected from 2007 garde nursing students and divided into the experiment classe and control classe. Experiment classe adopted the the clinical problem-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching, and the control classe used traditional teaching method. At the end of term, theoretical examinations and questionnaire survey were conducted in the two classes. Results： Examination result of experiment class was significantly better than that of the control class. Conclusion： The clinical problem-centered teaching method can arouse students＇ interest and desire for knowledge, improve their abilites of analysis problem and problem-solving , and is helpful to develop the students＇ comprehensive quality.
