基于有限元的旋挖钻机动力装置减速器分析

摘    要:对比分析几种旋挖钻机动力装置减速器的结构形式,利用SolidWorks软件建立液压驱动动力装置三维实体模型,结合Simulation软件对几种减速器结构进行有限元静力仿真分析,从理论上分析减速器在正常钻孔作业工况下应力、应变的情况,为旋挖钻机动力装置实际的开发和应用提供依据。

Abstract:Comparative analysis several rotary drilling rig the structure of reducer power equipment, the use of SolidWorks software to establish the hydraulic power unit driven three-dimensional solid model, with Simulation software for finite element static structural simulation analysis,and it analyzes reducer under normal drilling conditions of stress and strain in theory, provide the actual basis for the development and application on the rotary drilling rig power unit.
