| Abstract: | Taking the national backbone of higher vocational institutions vehicle inspection and maintenance of technology professional development as an object,the paper describes the " Skill-oriented Combination of Learning and Working " talent training model content.And in accordance with higher vocational education characteristics and professional construction practical case,from the " Skill-oriented Combination of Learning and Working " talent training model of reform,the teaching system to build and implement effective talent training model and other aspects are analyzed. |
