| 摘 要： | 由于大鼠的脑血管分布与人类酷似,因而用大鼠建立其动物模型。大鼠血管阻断法模型有四血管阻断全脑缺血模型（4-VO）、三血管阻断再开放模型（3-VO）、二血管颈总动脉模型（2-VO）及大脑中动脉模型（MCAO）。血管内栓塞多发性脑梗死模型有颈内动脉注射微小栓子模型、舌下静脉注入铁粉模型及左心室注射液体石蜡模型。另外还有光化学诱导模型及血管性痴呆自发模型。
