| Abstract: | The rule of law is the basic requirement of socialist democracy,the rule of law is the key to administration according to law,moreover,administration according to law involves the adherence to a scientific concept of development.Adherence to the scientific concept of development and administration according to law focus on people-orientation; by means of a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development therefore ,to achieve the objective of economic,social and human development. |
