| 摘 要： | 将仙客来的块茎、叶片、根尖、花梗外植体,在含有不同质量浓度植物激素的几种培养基中培养,根据培养结果,筛选出最佳诱导和增殖培养基的配方;同时,在经过消毒处理的不同成份的无土栽培基质中,进行试管苗的炼苗和壮苗培养,研究其健身栽培技术.结果表明,仙客来的离体繁植以其块茎为最佳,丛芽的增殖以MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L+蔗糖30g/L为最佳,生根培养基以1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g/L为最佳.泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩(5∶3∶2)混合是仙客来试管苗最佳健身栽培基质,移栽成活率达98%.

| Abstract: | Tubers,leaves,root tips and flower stalks of Cyclamen persicum were cultured as explants in different culture mass concentration media,containing different concentration of plant hormones.According to the culture results,the most suitable explant,medium formula of induction and proliferation were selected.Meanwhile,the plantlets were transplanted in disinfected soilless culture substrate of different composition,for acclimatization and seedling culture,to study the fitness cultivation techniques.The results... |
