| 摘 要： | 以白芥为材料，分别采用柱式植物总RNA抽提纯化试剂盒法、RNAisoPlus法和CTAB-异丙醇法3种方法提取白芥叶片总RNA，通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳、紫外分光光度计及RT-PCR反应进行检测，最后对3种方法得到的结果进行分析比较．结果表明，RNAisoPlus法提取出的总RNA条带与其他方法相比更为清晰，A260／A280比值介于1．9～2．1之间，该方法更适合用于白芥叶片总RNA的提取．

| Abstract: | Sinapis alba was used as the materials. Agarose gel electrophoresis, ultraviolet spectrophoto- metric detection and RT-PCR reaction were used to detect the result, which were extracted from plant total RNA extraction and purification with column kit method, RNAiso Plus method and CTAB-isopropanol method, respectively. Furthermore, the test results of three methods were studied. The results showed that the stripe of total RNA for RNAiso Plus method was much clearer, and A260/A280 ratio was between 1.9 and 2.1. Therefore, this method was a much better choice for extracting the total RNA of Sinapis al- ba leaves. |
