摘    要:通过建立HPLC-RI法测定胃蛋白酶中糖含量的数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素,并对各个影响不确定度的因素进行评估、计算,由此计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.实验结果的合成标准不确定度为1.92%,扩展不确定度为4.1%,表明HPLC-RI法测定胃蛋白酶中糖的不确定度评定结果可靠.

Abstract:A mathematic model using HPLC-RI for the uncertainty determination of sugar content in pepsin was established to analyze the factors which affect the uncertainty.Each component of factors was evaluated to calculate combined uncertainty.The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.The findings show that the combined standard uncertainty is 1.92% and the expanded uncertainty is 4.1%.It is concluded that th...
