摘    要:以豆腐柴叶为原料,采用酸水解、活性炭脱色和乙醇沉淀等方法提取其果胶物质.通过正交试验和方差分析确定果胶提取的关键操作过程.酸解的最佳操作条件为:酸解溶液pH 2.0、酸解时间60 min、酸解温度85℃、料液比1:8.在此条件下果胶的提取率为15.77%,此结果可为豆腐柴叶的开发利用提供技术依据.

Abstract:In this study,Premna Micropheua leaves were used as raw material to extract pectin.The extraction process of pectin from Premna Micropheua leaves with acid hydrolysis,activated carbon decolorizing,ultrafiltration concentration and ethanol precipitation were optimized via orthogonal test and variance analysis.The optimal extraction conditions are as follows:acid solution(pH=2) as extraction solvent,extraction time 60 minute,temperature 85 ℃and the ratio of material to solvent 1:8.Under these conditions,the extraction rate is up to 15.77%.The optimal process is stable and feasible.
