| 摘 要： | 有效解决＂三农＂保险问题是构建和谐社会的本质要求,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观的重要体现。发展＂三农＂保险,对农业、农民、农村以及保险业自身都具有重要意义。本文阐述了我国＂三农＂保险发展现状及缺陷,认为应构建以政府政策主导、保险公司加强服务、多主体市场化运作、多渠道支持的具有中国特色的＂三农＂保险模式。
