| Abstract: | The reasonable core of the confucianists' ideology of law is the thought of treating people liberally, being kind to people and attaching importance to people; the educated prevention thought of attaching improtance to education; the thought of making morals and legal system complement each other and linking the legal system with the moral construction and when one's behavior is good enough, his orders can be accepted and be carried out; emphasizing the thought of reinforcing the persons in power's own construction. These reasonable factors have the reference to the construction of the legal system with chinese characteristics. |
