草酸铵对改性双基推进剂燃烧及能量性能影响研究

摘    要:
采用最小自由能法进行理论计算,研究了草酸铵含量对改性双基推进剂的热力学参数影响。结果表明,当草酸铵质量分数从0提高到8%时,推进剂的理论比冲Isp下降了4.58%;理论特征速度C*和燃烧室温度Tc则分别下降了70.9 m·s-1和21 K;而燃气平均分子量则有所提高,这些变化趋势具有很好的线性相关性。采用靶线法测量了含草酸铵的改性双基推进剂在2~18 MPa下的线燃速。结果表明,草酸铵有效降低了改性双基推进剂(CMDB)的燃速;且在低压下(2~10 MPa)的降速效果要好于高压(10~18 MPa),压力指数也随着草酸铵含量的提高而变高。

Abstract:
The effect of dosage of ammonium oxalate(OA) on the thermodynamic parameters were studied by the minimum free energy method via theoretical calculation. The results show that when the dosage of OA increase from 0 to 8%, the specific impulse decline 4.58%, the characteristic velocity and temperature decline 70.9 m?s-1 and 21K respectively, and these tendency have a good linear relevance. The burning rate of CMDB propellant containing different dosage of OA were measured via strand burner method during 2MPa to 18MPa. The results show that OA can obviously reduce the burning rate of CMDB propellant. Furthermore, the reduction of burning rate effect is more remarkable under 2~10MPa than 10~18MPa, and the pressure exponent increases as introducing OA in CMDB propellant.
