磁场中光学极化子的性质研究

摘    要:采用Huybrechts线性组合算符法、幺正变换法和变分法,得到了晶体中电子体纵光学(LO)声子相互作用系统的有效哈密顿量、振动频率和基态能量,并对磁场的两种极限情况(强磁场、弱磁场)进行了讨论。为了更清楚直观地反映晶体中磁极化子的性质,对CsI晶体进行了数值计算,得出了晶体中电子体纵光学声子强耦合系统的振动频率、基态能量与磁感应强度的关系曲线。结果表明,磁极化子的基态能量的绝对值和振动频率都随磁感应强度的增加而增大。

Abstract:The effective Hamiltonian, the vibration frequency and ground state energy of polaron in the electron-bulk longitudinal optical (LO) phonon system were obtained using Huybrechts' linear-combination, unitary transformation and variational method. Strong magnetic field and weak magnetic field, two limiting cases of the magnetic field were discussed. Numerical calculations on the CsI crystal were performed. The relation of magnetic induction and vibration frequency, ground state energy of polaron in the electron-bulk LO phonon strong-coupling system was obtained. The results show that the vibration frequency and absolute value of the ground state energy increase with magnetic induction increasing.
