表面活性剂对蔗糖水解反应的影响

摘    要:用旋光法测定了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(R12SO3Na)、阳离子表面活性剂3-烷氧基-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(R16TAC)和非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(POPE)对蔗糖反应速率常数的影响.结果表明:R12SO3Na对蔗糖水解起催化作用,R16TAC和POPE对蔗糖水解起抑制作用.阳离子表面活性剂的抑制作用高于非离子表面活性剂.

Abstract:We mensurate the effect of the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate,cationic surfactant C16NCl,and nonionic surfactant polyethylene glycol octylphenyl on the reaction rate constant of sucrose hydrolyzation with the polarimeter. It indicates that when the consistence of the same surfactant is different,apparent reaction rate constant of sucrose hydrolyzation has some change, but the magnitude is not big. Comparing with reaction rate constant of sucrose hydrolyzation with water as solvent,we found that C14NCl and AS have the catalysis on the sucrose hydrolyzation,SDS,C16NCl and polyethyleneglycol octyl phenyl ether restrain the sucrose hydrolyzation.
