| 摘 要： | 我们采用硅胶G高效薄层色谱双波长扫描法,对冠心通脉灵片中葛根素和大豆甙元的含量进行了测定,本论述了测定方法和测定结果。此法简便快捷,测定结果精确,方法可靠,板间误差小,葛根素的平均回收率为99.78%,变异系数为1.24%,大豆甙元的平均回收率为99.85%,变异系数为1.18%。

| Abstract: | A method for the quantitative determination of puerarin and daidzein in "Guan Xin Tong Mai Ling Tabellae"is developed by double wavelength HPTLC densitometric scanning.Through sample scanning,stability investigation and recovery tests,it is found that the suggested method is precise and accurate,and the results of determinatoin are reliable. |
