| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的飞速发展，电子政务正在世界范围内展开。电子政务不仅大大提高了政府的行政效率，而且促进了政府治理核心价值观的转变。就电子政务对政府治理模式的创新性变革的作用和影响进行了深入的分析，在此基础上探讨了我国电子政务实施过程中需要解决的一些问题。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of the information technique, E-government is developing in the world. E-government not only increases the administrative efficiency of the government but also promotes the transformation of the core values of governmental administration. This paper makes deep analysis on the functions and influences of E-government on the innovative revolution of governmental administrative mode, and based on this, probes into some problems needing settlement in the course of the implement of E-government. |
