| 摘 要： | 讨论了αk=1-k/βm（服务台对系统中第k个顾客正确服务的概率）的有差错服务的M／M／1／m／m排队模型，得到了系统的平稳分布，平均输入率，平均队长，平均等待队长等各项指标。
