| 摘 要： | 探讨胎儿体重预测最佳参数.选择临产前单胎、头位、足月孕妇174例,孕妇宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径、股骨长度、腹围等作为胎儿体重预测参数估测胎儿体重和根据公式计算胎儿体重,与出生后实际体重进行比较,对符合率进行统计学分析.结果:胎儿腹围单参数公式计算和高年资医生经验估测符合率最高.胎儿腹围是足月胎儿体重预测的最佳参数,其单参数公式计算简便,有临床应用价值. |

| Abstract: | Object: to probe into the optimal parameter of forecasting embryo's weight.Method: 174 examples of pregnant women being brought to bed were chosen.The size of the pregnant women's womb and belly,and the thighbone length and the embryo belly size etc.were used as the parameters of forecasting and calculating,and the result was compared with the actual weight after the embryo was delivered.The accord rate was analyzed statistically.Result: The calculation of the formula with a single parameter of embryo belly size accords well with the forecast of experienced doctors.Conclusion: The embryo belly size is the optimal parameter for the embryo's weight. |
