摘    要:提出了一种基于路面特性的轮胎动摩擦特性模型,研究了接触压力、滑动速度、路面特性对轮胎作用力的影响. 基于GW改进接触模型,引入粗糙路面实际接触理论,结合滑动摩擦因数模型、一般轮胎理论模型建立了轮胎动摩擦特性模型. 定量评价了接触压力、滑动速度和路面特性对实际接触面积、轮胎动摩擦力的影响,同时指出了轮胎印迹产生的可能性状态区域. 仿真结果表明,基于路面特性的轮胎动摩擦模型能够准确地反映接触压力、滑动速度、路面特性在轮胎滑移状态下对轮胎作用力的影响.

Abstract:A tire dynamic friction characteristics model based on road surface characteristics is proposed to study the impact of contact pressure, sliding speed, and road surface characteristics on the tire force. By considering the theory of true contact with rough road, the sliding friction coefficient model and the general tire model, the dynamic tire friction character model based on the GW improved contact model was established. The impact of contact pressure, sliding speed and road surface characteristics on the actual contact area and tire dynamic friction was evaluated quantitatively, and the possibility status area of tire imprint was presented. The simulation result shows that the tire dynamic friction model based on road surface characteristics can accurately reflect the impact of contact pressure, sliding speed, and road surface characteristics on the tire force while the tire is in the sliding state.
