摘    要:试验表明:目前鼓风烧结机布风不均匀的症结是在风箱内存在一个强涡流区。采用导流叶片可以有效地消除上述现象。本文在试验研究的基础上,对导向叶片的形状、数量、安装位置与角度作了优化选择之剖析。在最佳参数下,布风均匀度由原来的17.3%提高到95%以上,风机能耗下降1.7%。因此,对现有鼓风烧结机供风性能的改进提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:The experiment indicated that the crux of uneven distributing wind in blowing-up machine is that there is a strong vortex region in the bellows. Thisphenomenon may be effectively removed by the installation of diversion vanes.In this paper, the shape, quantity, position mounted, and angle of the vanes areoptimistical1y selected on the basis of the results of experimental research. Withoptimal parameter the uniformity of distributing wind is increased to 95% andthe energy consumption of blower is decreased by 1.7%. Consequently, a reliablefoundation is supplied for improving the wind feed performance of the presentblowing-up machine.
