| 摘 要： | 提出了编辑工作在出版工作中处于中心环节,从组稿、审稿、编辑加工和校对以及作者、读者等方面的作用重点论述了编辑在出版工作中的重要性,并对编辑应具备的素质进行了介绍,最后指出编辑应不断学习,提高自己的文化素养,把优质的精神食粮奉献给大众。

| Abstract: | Editing is a central link in the publication industry. The importance of editors was expounded from the per- spectives of solicitation, examination, proofreading, and editing processing as well as authors and readers. The qualities that editors should possess were introduced. In the end, it is proposed that editors should keep learning to improve their cultural literacy to deliver excellent productions to the public. |
