| 摘 要： | 21世纪的竞争是人才的竞争，而培养高素质人才，开发人才资源，提高劳动者素质，关键在于教育。因此成人高等教育必须根据社会、时代发展的客观要求，积极探索创新人才培养的新模式，以适应市场经济和社会发展的需要，赢得新经济时代的竞争优势。文章从人才培养模式全面更新的思路及实施途径等方面进行了较深入的探讨。

Adult education should actively search for innovative talent training and development model based on the needs of social evolution so as to meet the requirements of market economy and social development and achieve competitive advantagein new economic era, This article presents an in-depth discussion on a completely new concept of talents training and development and introduces the way for implementing this concept. |
