摘    要:柴油机隔振系统的悬置阻尼可控对提高交通工具的性能具有重要意义,分析了一种可调阻尼磁流变液悬置的特性,建立了柴油机垂向隔振动力学模型,为降低柴油机垂向激振力的传递,设计出悬置阻尼多状态控制器,搭建了柴油机隔振台架试验系统,并在不同工况下进行了对比试验。结果表明,多状态隔振控制使磁流变液悬置有效隔离了柴油机垂向激振力的传递,在较低转速下其隔振效果明显优于被动悬置。

Abstract:A diesel engine isolation system equipped with variable damping mounts is very important for improving the vehicle performance.The characteristics of a magnetorheological fluids(MRF)mount were analyzed.Then a diesel engine vertical vibration isolation dynamic model was built.To decrease vertical excitation force transmitted from an engine to a basis,a multi-state controller was designed for adjusting the damping coefficient of MRF mounts.A test-bed isolation system of a diesel engine was built in the labora...
