摘    要:枪钻深孔钻削中的排屑问题是目前仍存在的一个技术难题,为防止切屑堵塞,造成钻头折断,降低产品制造成本,分析了排屑故障产生的原因,研究表明及时修磨磨损的切削刃,保持刀具各表面良好的表面质量,保证钻套与工件的良好配合,防止钻削过程中的震动,以及选择良好的深孔零件材质,合理的切削液供油压力及流速,合理改变切削刃的形状和几何参数,可有效保证枪钻在深孔加工中排屑通畅.

Abstract:Chip removal problem in gun drilling deep hole drilling is a difficult technical problem at present.To prevent the chip jam which causes break of aiguille and reduce the manufacturing cost of product,this paper analyses the cause of chip failure.It indicates that milling the attrited cutting edge in time,keeping good surface quality of cutting tool,ensuring good cooperation of drill sleeve and workpiece,preventing concuss in drilling process,choosing good texture of material,keeping oil pressure and flow velocity of cutting fluid rationally and changing the shape of cutting edge and geometric parameters properly can effectively guarantee the smooth chip removal in gun drill deep hole processing.
