摘    要:论述非标设备的多维系统化设计以及基于多维系统化设计若干设计方法的发展应用.从实践中发现,设计问题是非标设备开发经常出现的问题,设计与非标开发的其他环节紧密联系.结合产品生命周期和项目管理等理念,发展了传统系统化设计,提出多维度的系统化设计.多维系统化设计不仅对设计工作进行系统化分解,还将设计作为一个单元作系统化延伸,基于产品生命周期系统化考虑客户潜在需求和其他与设计相关要求,对设计要求进行多层次系统化分解,建立以设计为核心的系统化协作机制.多维系统化设计可以兼容多种设计方法,并使这些设计方法结合多维系统化的思想发展应用,以虚拟制造设计、标准化设计为例等说明一般设计方法基于多维系统化设计的发展应用.

Abstract:This paper discusses multidimensional systematic design method and application and development based on multidimensional systematization about non-standard equipment.Design problem is a common phenomenon in the development of non-standard equipments.It is noted that design is directly related to each detail of the development process of non-standard equipment.In combination with the idea of product life cycle and project management,the author puts forward multidimensional systematic design method grounded on the development of traditional systematic design method.Multidimensional systematic design method not only systematically analyzes design work,but also systematically spreads,systematically considers customer’s potential needs and other requirements about design based on product life cycle,systematically analyzes design requirements with multi-Level Partitioning Strategy and establishes systematic cooperation mechanism around design.Multidimensional systematic design can merge and develop a variety of design methodsby takeing virtual manufacturing design method and standardized design method as examples.
