影响薜荔叶黄酮含量的相关因素

摘    要:研究了联样时期,联样部位及烘干温度对薜荔叶片黄酮含量及提取率的影响,研究结果表胆,薜荔叶黄酮含量在一年中波动显著,光照条件和植株类型对薜荔叶黄酮含量的显著,老龄叶的黄酮含量的于幼龄叶,不同烘干温度对叶黄酮提取率影响很大。

Abstract:Affecting effects on flavonoids content in Ficus Pumila L. leaves were studied.The results show that flavonoids content fluctuate in different seasons,and is affected singnificantly byillumination and plant type. The flavonoids old leavess with higher flavonoids than young leaves.The flavonoid extract rate of the same sample was affected at different stoving temperetures.
