摘    要:主动声纳通过水声发射换能器将水声功率放大器产生的电信号转换成声信号辐射到水中。提高水声功率放大器的输出电功率、降低声纳的工作频率是提高声纳作用距离的重要途径。介绍了功率放大器的工作原理和基本构成,对水声功率放大器工作方式和IGBT器件等关键技术进行了分析,结合工程实际需求设计出低频、大功率水声功率放大器,完成了采用乙类和D类工作方式共两套功率放大器电路系统的硬件设计和安装调试。实验室测试和水池试验表明,低频功率放大器工作性能良好,方案可行,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:The active sonar converts electrical signals generated by power amplifier into sound signals through the acoustic emission transducer and emits the sound signals into the water. Increasing the output electric power of the amplifier and reducing the operating frequency are important ways to improve the effective working distance of the sonar. The working principle and basic components of the power amplifier are introduced first. The working patterns of the acoustic power amplifier and key technologies of insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) are analyzed. Then the acoustic power amplifier of low frequency and high power is designed to meet the requirements of practical engineering use, including the hardware design and installation debugging of two kinds of the amplifier's circuit system covering B and D working styles. Both lab and pool tests suggest that the designed low frequency power amplifier has a good performance, satisfying the design aim.
