牦牛糜蛋白酶某些理化性质的研究

摘    要:
牦牛糜蛋白酶的结晶方法与黄牛糜蛋白酶不同,其聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳表现为均一。测定了牦牛糜蛋白酶亚基的分子量,进行了等电聚焦电泳,氨基酸组成分析以及免疫学性质的研究。并与黄牛糜蛋白酶进行了比较。结果表明,尽管牦牛糜蛋白酶与黄牛糜蛋白酶有某些差异,但它们在化学、物理及免疫学性质上是很相似的。

Abstract:
Yak chymotrypsin was crystallized by the method different from that of bovine chymotrypsin and it was shown to be homogeneous by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Its molecular weight was determined and isoelectrofocussing electrophoresis, amino acid analysis, as well as study of immunological property of yak chymotrypsin were carried out. The results were compared with those of bovine chymotrypsin. The results show that yak and bovine chymotrypsins are much similar in chemical, physical and immunological properties despite of some differences between them.
