顺流型熔盐燃料电池电堆的电气特性模型

摘    要:熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(MCFC)电堆的电气与温度特性决定其性能和可靠性,立足于控制MCFC电堆的输出电压,从单体电池推及电堆,比较全面地对MCFC电堆输出电压以及与之相关的电流密度,燃料气体利用率等特性加以分析,在系统级上建立了由一组变系数偏微分方程和积分方程描述的动态模型,并以外部负载扰动为例讨论了各状态量之间的相互关系,分析和建模的正确性为仿真结果所证实,所得结论有助于控制方案和流场的设计,以及电池材料的选择。

Abstract:It is electrical and temperature characteristic that determines the performance and reliability of Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell (MCFC) stack. Based on the balance conditions in MCFC stack, the dynamic performance of Co flow MCFC stack was analyzed. The dynamic model was developed with a set of correlation equations of voltage, fuel utilization, current density and other variables involved in the operating course, which are some partial differential equations with variable coefficients. From the disturbance of the load, the relationships between these variables were discussed. The simulation results show good agreement with the experimental data, which proves that the analysis and the model are correct. The results are helpful to definition of the control method and the flow field, as well as the selection of cell materials.
