| 摘 要： | 目前,全国范围内出现了旅游资源开发和投资主体多元化趋势,众多民营企业顺应需求也纷纷投入到旅游景点开发和经营中.本文以自然资源为主的旅游景区为研究对象,从资源价值的角度,运用产权理论、效用价值论等分析了景区旅游资源的特性,并由此探讨了民营企业进入景区开发存在的矛盾冲突及协调手段.

| Abstract: | The principal parts,which are on developing and investing tourism resources,are now tending to be multiplicate.A great many private-owned enterprises,according to the demands,have begun to carry on the development and management of the scenic spots.The authors holds the studying object,on the scenic spots of natural resources this most important sector.In terms of the value of tourism resources,by using property rights theory and effect axiology,the paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of tourist resources in scenic spots,and thus discusses the benefit conflicts and coordinating measures when private-owned enterprises develop the scenic spots. |
