| Abstract: | Starting from the conception of gene, this paper makes analysis on and exposition of the patentability of the gene itself, the new transgenesis varieties of the animals and plants and the microbes with modifier gene and the gene methods, and puts forward some suggestions in the light of the shortages of our country's current relevant laws. |
