合金工具钢的组织结构和力学性能的研究

摘    要:淬火合金工具钢的基体组织是隐针马氏体,对这种马氏体的组织形态和亚结构的研究目前国内外报导得不多,见解亦不统一.为了探明一些至今尚末澄清的问题,本文以透射电子显微分析术的主要手段对淬火(包括低温回火)合金钢中的隐针马氏体及其它组成相的形态进行逐一分析.为了配合生产应用,测定了试验钢在不同热处理状态下的强度和塑性、韧性,以期达到从调整组织结构出发优化力学性能的目的.

Abstract:The matrix of quenched alloy tool steels is featureless martensite. It has seldom been reported about the morphology and substructures of this type of steel. In order to make a better understanding on the morphology and substructures of featureless martensite, each constituent in quenched (and low temperature tempered) steels has been analysed by means of transmission electron microscopy, so that some ambiguous conceptions may be cleared up. Furthermore, for coordination of the practical application, strength, ductility and toughness of experimental steels under various heat treatment conditions have been evaluated. Thus, by means of regulating microstructure, optimization of mechanical properties of the alloy tool steel can be achieved.
