摘    要:
本实验研究了温度和盐度两个主要环境因素如何影响两种主要的腐生性腹足类动物(西格织纹螺Nassarius siquijorensis和方格织纹螺Nassarius conoidalis)的幼体存活率.在6个不同温度条件(10,15,20,25,30和35℃)和7个不同盐度条件(0,5,10,15,20,25和30)下,经过观察分别得到两种幼体的24h和48h时的存活率.结果显示,当盐度〈10或者温度〈15℃时,Nassarius siquijorensis和Nassarius conoidalis均具有较高的幼体死亡率.

Abstract:
This study investigated how two major environmental factors, temperature and salinity, affected the survival rates of the larvae of two dominant scavenging gastropods, Nassarius siquijorensis and Nassarius conoidalis. The survival rates of two kinds of larval at six temperatures (10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 ℃) and seven salinities (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30) were observed after 24 hrs and 48 hrs. Higher larval mortality was observed for both N. siquijorensis and Nassarius conoidalis when the salinity was〈10 or temperature〈 15 ℃.
