双酚A检测技术研究进展

摘    要:近年环境类激素双酚A在食品和环境中的残留问题引起全球关注,双酚A的残留检测技术已成为研究的热点.双酚A作为塑料制品的原料之一,广泛地应用于日常生活中.相关研究表明,双酚A对人类健康有一定的不良影响.本文综述了近年来有关于双酚A残留检测技术的研究进展,介绍了物理法、化学法和免疫分析法等检测方法.

Abstract:The problem that environmental hormone bisphenol A (BPA) residues in food and environment has caused global attention in recent years. Therefore, the detection technology of BPA residue has become a research hot spot. Bisphenol A, as one of the raw materials of plastic products, is widely used in daily life. Related studies show that BPA has certain adverse effects on human health. This review presented a general overview of the recent research advances in the detection techniques of BPA residue, and introduced physical, chemical and immunoassay methods.
