B超诊断子宫发育异常病例分析

目的：探讨子宫发育异常的声像图表现以及对临床的应用价值.方法：对青春期原发性闭经、继发性闭经、不孕、反复自然流产、早孕要求人工流产等应用超声检出各类子宫发育异常的109例患者进行回顾性分析.结果：子宫发育异常的类别为纵隔子宫、双角子宫、双子宫、残角子宫、幼稚子宫、始基子宫、先天性无子宫等,超声诊断与手术、妇科检查一致者103例,误诊6例.结论：B超检查可准确地诊断子宫发育异常,对临床的手术、治疗有着重要的意义.

Analysis on 109 Cases of Uterine Dysplasia Diagnosed by Ultrasound

Objective：To investigate the ultrasonography performance of uterine dysplasia and the value for clinical application.Methods：From January 2003 to December 2005,checked out 109 cases of uterine dysplasia from the patients of primary amenorrhea,secondary amenorrhea,infertility,recurrent spontaneous abortion,early pregnancy and want to abortion etc.by ultrasound.Results：The types of uterine dysplasia were septate uterus,uterus didelphys,double uterus,rudimentary horn of uterus,infantile uterus,primordial uterus,congenital absence of uterus etc.Among the 109 cases,the diagnosis of 103 cases were consistent with the conclusion of surgery and gynecological examinations,6 cases were misdiagnosis.Conclusions：Ultrasound can accurately diagnose uterine dysplasia,which has a great significance for clinical surgery and treatment.
