新疆野生郁金香生物学特性及种子发芽特性的研究

对阿尔泰郁金香,伊犁郁金香进行了物侯期及形态学的观测,结果表明,阿尔泰郁金香物候期较伊犁郁金香迟,株形,花形也比伊犁郁金香大。这两种郁金香在石河子地区生长良好。分室温和低温两种发芽环境对伊郁金香种子进行了药剂浸种催芽试验,结果表明,低温是野郁金香种子种处理后,发芽率较对照显著提高,发芽日期也缩短。

Research on the Biological and Germinating Characters of Wild Tulipa

The result by the observing to the phenological period and botanical characters of Tulipa altaica pall.ex Spreng and Tulipa iliensis Regel showo that Tulipa altaica's phenological period is later than Tulipa iliensis Regel,also has larger plants and flowers.This two Tulipa grow well in Shihezi.Meanwhile through the experiment to Tulipa iliensis Regel of soaking seeds with medizine to accellerbrate the sprouts(seperately performed under the indoor temperature and lower temperature)the result indicates lower temperature is the prime conditions to the sprout's growth,under lower temperature,the germination percentage(after soaking the seeds in GA-3)has been more dramatical increase with contrast and the germination days have been shortened.
