摘    要:硫铵法制备硫酸钾工艺氧化钾收率低,产品质量较差。对此在硫酸铵和氯化钾反应系统中添加有机溶剂,考察反应温度、反应时间、溶剂浓度、硫酸铵初始浓度、配料比与氧化钾收率的关系,通过正交实验确定了反应的适宜工艺条件;氧化钾收率提高到90%以上,工艺过程简单,操作条件温和,溶剂回收循环使用,清洁生产;产品质量符合有关标准。

Improving the production of potassium sulfate by adding proper solvent
Abstract:In the process of producing potassium sulfate with ammonium sulfate,the production of potassium oxide is low and the quality of potassium sulfate is poor. In view of the existing problem,some organic solvent is added into the reaction system of ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride. Such factors as the reaction time,the reaction temperature,the concentration of organic solvent,the initial concentration of ammonium sulfate,and the ratio of raw materials are studied,and the proper conditions of the reaction are decided by orthogonal experiments. Under the proper conditions,the production of potassium oxide is over 90%,and the quality of the obtained potassium sulfate reaches related standard.And the processing progress is short,the operational condition is mild,and the solvent is recycled and reused,so clean and green production is realized.
