基于虚拟仪器技术的高炮随动系统性能测试装置

摘    要:
研制基于虚拟仪器技术的高炮随动系统性能检测装置. 采用数字正弦机模拟指挥仪施加阶跃、等速、正弦信号给高炮随动系统,实时高速高精度采集误差、角速度、电流和击发信号,并完成高炮实弹射击过程中方位与高低跟踪误差的测试. 根据测试结果自动求取各项试验的性能指标. 正弦机输出信号具有引导过程,保证高炮在启、停过程中速度平滑过渡. 试验结果表明,位置误差的测试精度达到0.006°以上,测试结果准确可靠.

Abstract:
A test device for flack flowing systems based on virtual instrument technology is developed.Test signals such as the step signal,constant speed signal,sinusoidal signal are generated by a digital sine machine.High-speed,high-precision test of the error,velocity,current,and shooting signals are accomplished by computer,realizing the functions such as test result calculation and shooting error test.In order to get smooth velocity when the flowing system started or stopped,the paper adopts the guide function method in the output control of the sine machine.The results of practical application proved that it is an accurate system with an accuracy of 0.006° in its position error signals.
