| 摘 要： | 针对酒店管理专业学生的就业专业对口率比较低的现象，根据对广东女子职业技术学院酒店管理专业学生的调查，从社会、酒店行业、学生自身以及院校等方面力图找出影响学生就业选择的主要因素，并就此提出改进的对策。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the phenomenon that employment rate of students of hotel management is relatively low in hotel industry, this thesis analyzes the factors influencing employment of students of hotel management from the aspects of the society, hotel industry, students themselves and college and tries to find solutions, based on which countermeasures are put forward. |
