| Abstract: | Strengthening connotation construction of open and long-distance education is an inevitable choice to improve TV universities＇ comprehensive strength and core competitiveness. The development situation of open and long-distance education requires that TV universities should take connotative, scientific and sustainable develop- ment ways as follows ： focusing on the teaching reform, strengthening the features of running a school, providing excellent service, strengthening construction of the teaching team and teaching resources. The thesis also puts forwards the three key points of open and long-distance education in terms of the innovation of education philosophy, organization leadership and general ideas. |
