| 摘 要： | 为整合科技资源,提升企业自主创新能力,促进产学研在更广范围、更高层次、建大规模上的战略合作,推进区域科技创新体系建设,加快创新型城市建设,按照闷家、山西省关于加强以企业为主体的技术创新体系建设、提升企业自主创新能力的要求,太原市于2007年5月出台了<关于开展产学研战略联盟试点实施意见>,确定太原重型机械集团有限公司等10家企业为太原市的产学研战略联盟试点,全面铺开了产学研战略聪明试点工作.
