| 摘 要： | 我国的交通运输业必须走综合发展的道路.建国以来,我国的交通运输业确有很大发展,但是还远远不能适应国民经济发展的要求,运能与运量的矛盾日趋严重,而铁路运输尤为突出,投资少、负荷重、基础设施日趋恶化.因之,发挥以铁路在综合运输体系中的主导作用,提高运输系统综合效率,已属迫在眉睫的重要任务.

| Abstract: | The different modes of transportation in our country must be developed in a coordinated way.Since the founding Of our peoele's RePublic,the different modes of transportation have been greatly developed,but still cannot meet the needs of our national economical development.The contradiction between the volume of traffic and the capacity of transportation is increasingly serious and the situation of railway transport is specially crucial.Due to insufficient investment,the infras- tructure under a heavier load has been increasingly deteriorated.Therefore,how to develop the coordinated transportation system with the emphasis on the part by the railways and to raise the comprehensive efficiency of transportation system has become an urgent important task. |
